Dear Guests!

To ensure that you have a pleasant stay with us, the Czingu-LAK team will do its best, but in order to be able to look back on our cooperation with satisfaction, we ask our Guests to follow some basic rules as follows:

1. Arrival, leaving……..Right on time, as you’d expect it from someone else……

The apartment can be occupied from 14:00 until 20:00 on the day of arrival. Please let us know the estimated time of your arrival and any delays. On the day of arrival, our Guests are required to hand over one of their personal documents (ID card, passport) to the Accommodation Provider for data recording purposes. In order to ensure free movement, Guests will be given an apartment key, a front gate opener and an access code, which they are kindly requested to take extra care of. In case of loss of the keys or the gate opener, the Guests are obliged to report it immediately to the Accommodation Provider, and to bear the costs of changing the lock and replacing the keys or the gate opener. Please make sure that doors and windows are closed when leaving and at night. Our Guests must vacate the apartment by 10 am on the day of leaving, due to the need to “prepare” the apartment for the arrival of new Guests. If the apartment is vacated after 10 am, a surcharge will be applied. Our accommodation is run by the Czingu-LAK team, our working hours are informal, but mostly adjusted to the arrival time of our Guests, so we may not be able to escort you out when you leave, for which we apologize. In this case, you will need to leave your keys and gate opener in the key safe.
The contact person is available if needed at a specified arrival and travel time, and also provides a 24-hour on-call service by phone.

2. Equipment…….Use it just like you would at home!……

The Czingu-LAK team asks and expects you to pay extra attention to the proper use of the accommodation’s utensils, equipment, technical articles and electrical appliances. The accommodation provider is not liable for any damage to property or accidents resulting from improper use. Damage caused on the premises of the accommodation shall be compensated by the person who caused the damage or his/her legal representative. The accommodation establishment keeps a strict inventory, so please do not take any small items with you as souvenirs.

3. Meals….Do not apply the principle of “a messy kitchen can also be a happy kitchen”……

The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, we kindly ask our Guests to use this place for dining as well! Please do not eat in the rooms!

4. Smoking……. smoking not only kills you, it also makes you look older and uglier…….

Smoking, the use of incense and the consumption of alcoholic beverages by guests under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited in the property and in the staircase.

5. Pets…… we love them, but we don’t take our dogs and cats on holiday with us either…….

Pets are not allowed in the property, thank you for your understanding!

6. Receiving visitors……..relax with the ones you can recharge with, leave the guests for the time you are at home…….

The Accommodation Provider is entitled to check, without prior notice, whether the number of persons staying at the accommodation is within the paid number.

7. Garbage disposal……. garbage in the bin, order and cleanliness before the eyes………

Household waste should be collected in the kitchen waste bin, cosmetic waste can be placed in the bathroom waste bin. Maintaining cleanliness is the responsibility of our Guests, please empty the rubbish bins into one of the large bins on the ground floor of the staircase when you leave. Should the bin fill up during your stay, please take it down to the large bin downstairs and place a new bag in the bin inside, located in the bottom kitchen drawer. The accommodation provider is not obliged to empty the rubbish bin or clean the apartment during your stay. On the day of leaving, please make sure that you do not leave any unwashed dishes behind, and do not forget to empty the fridge.

8. Valuables……protecting their valuables is the duty and responsibility of our Guests……

The protection of personal property is the responsibility of our Guests, we are not responsible for personal valuables (e.g. jewellery, laptop, telephone, etc.) or the security of the vehicle parked in the car park. The Czingu-LAK team does not have the right to enter the accommodation in the absence of our Guests, except for security reasons or to avoid damage to property. However, our Guests are obliged to let in the accommodation provider in case of damage to the equipment.

9. Other……….Comfort, Style, Atmosphere……..

– weapons, flammable or explosive substances, strong and unpleasant smelling substances, appliances for preparing food (e.g. a hotplate) or other electrical appliances (e.g. a fan) are not allowed to be taken to the accommodation

– wet towels and clothes may only be laid out on a clothes dryer (not on a chair or the seating units)

– when leaving, the accommodation shall be in the same condition as on arrival, i.e. clean and undamaged

– no loud noises are allowed at any time of the day, and when arriving late at night, please keep the staircase quiet too

– air conditioning is allowed for normal use, with the door/window closed, only when the accommodation is occupied

– the instructions for all technical items (dishwasher, washing machine, etc.) are in the top drawer of the dresser

– we retain the right to select our Guests; intoxicated guests or guests with aggressive tendencies are not welcome

– the Accommodation Provider is not responsible for planning the free time of our Guests

The use of the accommodation is conditional upon the Guests having read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions. In the event of a breach of the House Rules, the accommodation may be cancelled and the remaining days cannot be refunded.
